Inviragen uses the tools of molecular virology to produce safe viruses or viral proteins that induce protective immune responses. We use modern cell culture techniques for manufacturing, eliminating the use of eggs or poorly characterized cell production systems. We sequence our viral strains or viral vaccines to provide genetic assurance of their safety and efficacy. In vaccine development, we test our vaccines in novel animal models that are relevant to the disease to assess safety and efficacy.

Proprietary formulations improve vaccine stability and new vaccine administration techniques improve vaccine safety and efficacy. In this fashion, Inviragen and its collaborators develop novel vaccines to protect against infectious disease threats such as dengue fever, hand, foot and mouth disease, and Japanese encephalitis.
